Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and sent within 3 days from our facilities. You will receive the orders within 15 days of placing the order. We may send your order through a variety of logistics services depending on their coverage and cost to deliver at your pincode.

The status of your order will be updated on our site/app in sync with our logistics provider Shiprocket. Shiprocket will also send you timely emails to notify you abut the status of your shipment.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled easily from the website/app before they are shipped. In case of cancellation before order is shipped, the order will be cancelled immediately. You will receive the refund within 7 days of cancellation. 

Returns & Refund Policy

You'll have 15 days after delivery to return/replace your purchase in their original condition and packaging. The refund will be approved once we receive the product and verified its condition. In case, the verification fails, the product will be shipped back to you and refund will not be issued.

For returns, you will receive the amount in your original payment method within 7 days of successful product verification.
